Training Camp is in full swing!
Since motherhood is keeping me home these days my business is focusing on boarding and training camps. Existing clients have the option of shorter stays and different focuses. Contact me to discuss your unique needs.

Dogs who stay with us get to enjoy daily off leash walks, playtime/socialization with other dogs, and fieldtrips into town. Since they learn best when they are enjoying the process we make sure their stay is not only educational but doggone fun!

Training Camp...

Puppy Jump Start Program
This is a 10-day program that introduces your pup to clicker training and we begin teaching a variety of tasks to help your pup be more manageable. Pups learn: Sit, Down, introduction to Stay, Wait at Doors, Loose Leash Walking. We also spend time addressing mouthing, housetraining, chewing, and general manners.

Month Long Intensive Program (For older pups and adult dogs)
The month long intensive allows us to spend more time getting obedience tasks solid. Dogs learn: Sit, Down, Stay, Go to Your Bed, Wait at doors, Loose Leash Walking, Leave It, Get Back, as well as strengthening their attentiveness and response. More serious issues such as shyness or aggression would be addressed in this program.
***Owner training is an important aspect of this program! Meetings will need to be scheduled during the course of the month.

Sheep Camp (herding breeds only)
Your dog is worked daily with sheep to help them build confidence, expose them to something new, and/or hone their existing skills. The approach to stock work, like all other training here, is done in a positive manner to help the dog learn. While you are away—let your herding dog play!
